It’s night time in Lesvos, Greece right now, and still bitterly cold as it’s the middle of winter. At this very moment, a group of volunteers is out on the beach, far from their own homes, helping strangers who are cold, wet, hungry, and heartbroken.

In our recent Telesummit, we heard about a tremendous non-profit organization, Northern Lights Aid, which is literally on the beach in Greece putting good intentions into action.

During our inspiring interview, “Lessons from Lesvos ~ Seeing God in All,” we heard from volunteers how meaningful it was to be able to make a real difference in such a dire situation. (This was one of my favorite interviews of the whole Telesummit! Ok, they were ALL my favorite! 🙂 )

And the Divine Feminine Yoga community came together to donate over $4000 during that interview to support their work! We just got an email this week about the shipment of dry shoes and sturdy backpacks they are providing to incoming refugees, thanks to our donations.
