I’m heading off to vacation in Mexico!  It’s SO important to take time to rest, especially in February, when many women can get exhausted and run down.

I shot a quick video for you before I left.  It’s about how to take GREAT care of yourself, even when you feel too busy (or especially then!).

You need to put your own vitality and happiness FIRST, every single day.  It’s not selfish ~ it’s essential!
