Sedona Rejuvenation Retreat:
Yoga, Meditation, and Neuroscience for Personal and Communal Healing

With Laura J Cornell, PhD, Founder of Divine Feminine Yoga, and Dr. Jim Otis, Board Certified Functional Neurologist
Sedona, Arizona, May 21 – 23
Small group in person
These tools have allowed us to face challenges with creativity and resilience, to survive and thrive in good times and bad.
They have helped us to heal and support our bodies, love each other and our families well, and draw on divine intuition to guide our work in the world.
They’ve enabled us to transform, move, and grow even in the midst of a global shutdown.
Nothing matters more than spiritual growth.
Nothing matters more than staying connected to the Wise Loving Presence that pervades our being, so we live from a grounded center no matter what chaos or trouble is swirling around us.
For many people, this year has been utterly chaotic, turning our most cherished expectations upside down. While some have experienced more free time than ever ~ for Yoga, meditation, and creative pursuits ~others have experienced deep losses, additional responsibilities in our families or work, and the stress of learning new technologies and new ways of doing business and maintaining relationships.
Loneliness and isolation are now commonplace. None of us is immune to the stress in society. Even those who still have work see anxiety and loss all around them.
It can all be so overwhelming. Where do we go? What do we do? How do we plan our lives in the face of an uncertain future?
Love can be the guide. Love is the motivating force that both heals our wounds and shows us the way forward.
When we awaken love in the body, we are able to move out into the world, grounded and peaceful, aware and ready to make positive changes and to build a positive future. We are self-directed and creative.

The Sedona Rejuvenation Retreat will bring you…
- Yoga, meditation, and neuroscience to heal and rebalance your body, mind, and soul
- Intimate connections with other lightworkers as we form a nourishing circle of support
- Inspiring practices to shake off the stressors of the past year and move into renewed energy and vitality
- Clarity on your next steps and the strength to implement them

Here are the specifics of what we’ll be learning and practicing:

Yoga Postures and Breathing ~ Connect with the body, practice self-love, gently process trauma, rest deeply, rebuild physical strength and resilience, and enhance all layers of the immune system.
Partner Connection/ Circle Support and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) ~ Come to know yourself better, release painful beliefs and emotions, get stronger psychologically, and experience kinship, shared energy, and togetherness.
An Understanding of Neuroscience and your Innate Immune System ~ Learn cutting-edge, scientific perspectives and health-promoting practices that support our connection with Spirit and the world around us.
Intentional Journaling Exercises ~ Learn to use writing to channel the voice of Loving Wisdom, clarify your goals, process challenging emotions, access creativity and intuition, choose healthier habits, and commit to a positive future.

“Dr. Otis did an excellent job of streamlining the material and practices and making them immediately applicable and user friendly.” ~ Steve Toshiba, Oakland, CA
“Laura is an excellent facilitator who brought us together as a group and made some really complex material easy to understand. Her vulnerability in sharing of herself helped us to bond and open up. The bond we formed in just one weekend was truly incredible; she made it safe to go deep! I personally have gained so much from Laura’s teaching. Thank you!” ~ Marguerite Borba, Health Coach and Private Yoga Instructor, Marin, CA
